- Block Services

Long Racing Engines is set up to bore, align bore, align hone,
0-deck, hone w/ torque plates, clearance for stroker, o-ring, install bronze
lifter bores; plus many other block services.

Head work includes multi-angle valve jobs, mill, angle mill,
install seats and guides, increase valve size, machine for shaft rockers,
CNC* porting, etc.........

- Crankshaft Services

L.R.E. offers high performance crank grinding, wet magniflux,
straightening, micro-polishing, cross drilling, knife edge (lighten), cut
blower keyways, chamfer oil holes, and computer balancing (including
installation of heavy metal).

All engine assembly is performed by the professionals at Long Racing
Engines. Phasing the camshaft, file fitting the rings, valve
clearance, piston to head clearance, cam and crank end-play, and torque
specs are just a few of the hundreds of careful steps we take to ensure a
consistent and dependable engine.

All engine testing is done in house on our Superflow 901 engine dyno.

are set up to do almost everything in the high performance industry, which is far
